This sunset boat trip in the Algarve’s Ria Formosa departs from the Marina of Faro on board an eco-friendly boat.

An experienced skipper will guide you through the lagoon, its beautiful channels, and marshlands and approach numerous species of birds that inhabit this protected area without any disturbance.

This small-group trip is limited to 8 people, offering an intimate experience and a wonderfully relaxing end to the day watching the sun go down over the lagoon.

Important Information

  • Bring plenty of water to drink to avoid dehydration
  • A rucksack or backpack is recommended to carry a small snack, sunglasses, a hat, a good sun cream, swimming suit and a camera.
  • Comfortable clothing and flat shoes recommended. A wind-stopper and a waterproof coat are useful, especially during the coldest period of the year.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.

  • A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required.
  • A maximum of 9 people per booking.
  • Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • May be operated by a multi-lingual guide.
