Bring plenty of water to drink to avoid dehydration
A rucksack or backpack is recommended to carry a small snack, sunglasses, a hat, a good sun cream, swimming suit and a camera.
Comfortable clothing and flat shoes recommended. A wind-stopper and a waterproof coat are useful, especially during the coldest period of the year.

Thanks for a great tour yesterday!

We turned up on spec to try to book a trip on the 45 minute solar powered boat from Faro marina. The lady in the office was very kind and fitted in a trip before the next booking for us. There were just the three of us on the trip and it was a real highlight of our holiday – to travel on a silent boat without a juddering noisy engine was so peaceful and relaxing. Our guide, Kurt, was very informative about the wildlife on the Ria Formosa, the marine park and its climate, and about the solar powered boat. It was well worth €15. I would have liked to go again on the sunset trip or at low tide to see more birds if we had more days left of our holiday. A very enjoyable trip, and many thanks for fitting us in to a very busy schedule. It was great. I would definitely recommend it very highly.

Eco tour en bateau très sympa! Nous n’étions que 2 sur le bateau prévu pour 10, donc c’était un tour privé accompagné de Luis qui est très sympa! Il nous a baladé au milieu du Rio Formosa. La balade est relaxante et rafraîchissante et pour ce genre de distance il est très intéressant de passer par un bateau à energie solaire! Je recommande Lands!

Adorámos a experiência, foi um passeio tranquilo e conseguimos observar de perto aves da ria Formosa. O barco silencioso é perfeito para passeios em família e toda a equipa simpática e disponível para nos falar bocadinho mais sobre o Parque Natural da Ria Formosa. Os miúdos não se vão esquecer!
