We are aware of the uncertainty of travel these days, so we have carefully designed our cancellation policies to offer maximum flexibility.

If you have a tour or experience booked with us and you’d like to change your travel plans or cancel a booking, we offer the following:

• You can cancel a booking any time up to 24 hours in advance of your tour to receive a full refund.
• Additionally, you can also reschedule your booking with no extra costs. However, please note that all bookings are subject to availability.
• If you have a booking and our company is closed due to a preventative measure, you will receive a full refund.

Please take the time to read and understand our general terms, conditions and cancellation policies that still apply.

• Masks: We require you to wear a mask at all times unless it is counterproductive (for instance, while we are kayaking). We kindly ask our guests to bring their own. If you have forgotten your mask or if it’s damaged while on tour with us, we will provide one.
• Hand washing and cleaning: Hand sanitiser is available throughout the tour, accessible in designated areas of our premises. We will require you to clean your hands upon entry and encourage regular use of hand sanitiser during your visit.
• Social distance: We will require you to respect enforced social distance measures (1 to 2 meters apart).

We have intensified cleaning and organized proper hygiene safety training for our team.

We have introduced and implemented the following measures:

• Tickets and Payments: Digital/contactless payment and ticketing is encouraged. We also encourage online bookings.
• Number of guests: Though we have always conducted small-group tours, all of our boat tours, activities, and experiences were required to reduce the number of participants even further to prevent transmission.
• Hours of operation: We are currently operating on reduced opening hours to ensure a limited number of visitors and time for proper cleaning.
• Hygiene safety training: Our entire team has received training in hygiene safety operations and how to deal with emergencies.
• Increased signage: In our premises, you will find signage and posters that clearly communicate safe distancing and health measures to guests and staff.
• Cleaning procedures: We have intensified our cleaning procedures after each tour (boats, kayaks, and other used equipment). Additionally, hand sanitisers are placed in strategic locations and clean air/regular ventilation is ensured for indoor spaces.
